Mid-length cloak with lace trim secured and mounted on seat belt straps by hand. Layered tulle is ruched at the center front and back. The cloak panels are hand stitched and hand secured with different layers and sits on the waistline. The panels are hand tacked at every inch creating exposed sides and a dramatic triangular ruffled silhouette.
